DON’T WISH FOR IT, WORK FOR IT
This 45-minute program offers workouts that are designed to help you increase your strength and skill development within a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style workout. In this program you will gain access to strength based movements combined with a workout of the day to help you develop and gain a solid base of fitness. You will learn how to squat, deadlift, pull, and press. You will also get exposure to common bodyweight movements (sit ups, push ups, pull ups, air squats, etc.) and monostructural movements (running, rowing, biking, etc).
If you are new to this style of functional fitness, this program is a nice introduction to training with variance and intensity!
No prior fitness experience necessary. This is a great class for all fitness levels
